Here’s what to eat and avoid according to your blood type diet:
1. Type O
People with type O blood, function well on a high protein diet and intense physical exercise, but less well on dairy products and grains. The high stomach-acid content can easily digest all kinds of meats without causing any side effects.
Foods to Eat: A high-protein diet heavy on lean meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables.
Foods to avoid: Grains, beans, and dairy.
2. Type A
People who have blood type A are encouraged to eat lots of organic and fresh food. These individuals have a sensitive immune system, more susceptible to diabetes, cancer, and heart disease. Therefore, following a vegetarian diet is crucial.
Foods to Eat: Fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, seeds
Foods to avoid: Only low amounts of eggs, meat, poultry, dairy products, and fish.
3. Type B
Those with blood type B, it is better to follow an omnivore type of diet including both plant and animal foods. These types have the ability to shine in unpredictable circumstances and are apparently the most flexible of all of the groups.
Foods to Eat: Green vegetables, eggs, salmon, lamb, beef, turkey, and low-fat dairy.

4. Type AB
If you have the rarest blood type of all, you carry both the advantages and disadvantages of type A & B. Therefore, it is best to stay away from caffeine and alcohol, especially in stressful moments, and normally consume smaller meals.
Foods to Eat: Tofu, dairy, seafood, green vegetables, and alkaline fruits.
Foods to avoid: Chicken, smoked or cured meats, caffeine, corn, and shellfish.
