You will need:

  • 3 tablespoons of baking soda
  • 4-5 liters of water in a bucket
  • Soft scrub sponge/ pumice stone/ brush
  • Lavender oil
  • Moisturizer
  • Epsom salts ( optional)

Instructions:

Before bedtime, add the baking soda in a bucket of water and stir to dissolve it. Add a few drops of lavender oil, if you want to mimic a home spa. Moreover, lavender has soothing and calming effects on the on the central nervous system. If you want to boost the effects and prepare a detoxifying bath, add some Epsom salts.

Soak your feet in the baking soda water for 15-20 minutes. Afterward, with a sponge, scrub brush, or rub the underside of the feet. When done, coat the feet in a moisturizer high in glycerin, put on the socks and go to sleep.

Repeat this process 1-2 times a week, or 2 times a month during the winter season. This baking soda foot soak will restore the beauty and softness of your feet.
